Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RiftStorm.gg (“RiftStorm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — a fan-made companion site for the Riftbound trading card game, including our deck builder, card database, collection and trade tools, proxy generator, guides, and community features. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use RiftStorm.gg.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RiftStorm.gg and to create an account. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate. Some features require an account; you’re responsible for everything that happens under yours.

When you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them current;
• Keep your password confidential and secure;
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account;
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

To keep RiftStorm useful for everyone, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringes someone else’s rights;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data;
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising;
• Interfere with other users’ ability to use RiftStorm.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of the decks, guides, bios, comments, and other content you create on RiftStorm (“User Content”). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share that content as needed to operate and promote the site — for example, showing your public deck on your profile or in listings.

You’re responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to post it. We don’t endorse User Content and may remove anything that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful, at our discretion.

RiftStorm.gg is an unofficial, fan-maderesource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Riot Games or Untamed Valley Studios. “Riftbound” and all related names, card text, images, logos, and other game assets are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and reference under applicable fair-use principles. RiftStorm’s own name, layout, original written guides, and software are ours. Nothing on the site transfers any rights in the underlying game to you.

Our proxy tool lets you print stand-in cards for personal, casual playtesting only. Proxies are not official product, they are not for sale, and they should not be used in sanctioned or organized play that requires authentic cards. You are solely responsible for using printed proxies lawfully and appropriately. Do not use the tool to counterfeit cards, misrepresent proxies as genuine, or sell printed output. If we’re asked to remove specific card art, we may do so.

Card details, images, availability, and pricing on RiftStorm are gathered from third-party sources and are provided “as is” for reference. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, or investment advice, and you should verify prices and card legality with official sources before buying, selling, or entering competitive play.

RiftStorm is offered on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may set or adjust limits on features. We don’t guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we’re not responsible for any loss of data.

RiftStorm.gg is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You use the site at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiftStorm.gg and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Because RiftStorm is a free, fan-run project, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing.

You may stop using RiftStorm and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the site or your account if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use RiftStorm.gg after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
