Methodology
How this tier list is built
Tiers are editorial threat-priority calls for 1v1 Standard gauntlet prep — a ranking of how much testing time each Legend card deserves, not a stats dump. This audit weighs Hartford, Dallas, Pittsburgh, the 2,048-player Beijing National Open, Łódź, and the fourth CCS qualifier, with repeat deep finishes valued above isolated placements.
The July 24 construction rules, ten-card sideboards, and Standard bans are in force. Wuju Bladesman remains legal on this 1v1 board; its separate ban applies only to Constructed 2v2. This is still a final-Unleashed evidence baseline, so Vendetta's nine new Legends stay separate until Constructed results can move them onto the board.
Per Riot's Riftbound data policy, fan sites do not publish win rates, play rates, or matchup percentages. What you get instead is the checkable signal: who won, who keeps making deep runs, and which threats demand a dedicated plan.
