Community members and first-time writers are welcome, alongside experienced external contributors. You do not need a published portfolio to start a conversation. What matters is a clear idea and something useful for readers to take away.
Bring an Idea You Care About
We welcome pitches for deck guides, matchup breakdowns, beginner help, set and card coverage, and event or community stories. Tell us the angle you want to take, who the piece would help, and what experience or sources you would draw on. An existing sample is optional; you do not need to write a completed test article.
If a pitch is a fit, we will agree on the assignment before you begin and work with you through the draft and edits. Published contributions carry an agreed named byline and credit. Scope, deadlines, credit and any compensation will be agreed before you begin an assignment.
Send Us Your Pitch
Our Write for RiftStorm page explains the topics and editorial process. Introduce yourself and send a pitch when you are ready.
Start with the idea you want to share; we can work out the next steps together.
